Mysore Style Astanga Workshop in Yamba
Saturday 8th August & Sunday 9th August
Classes in this workshop are traditional 'Mysore style' - as taught by Pattabhi Jois and is continued to be taught by his grandson Sharath Jois. Mysore style classes are named this because this is where this style originated from in India.
In this class, students practice at their own pace. This is not a 2 hour class. You can arrive anywhere in the class time that allows for you to complete your practice and leave space for you to rest at the end for 5-10 mins.
There will be a talk at the end of the class on Saturday about the astanga method and philosophy.
ALL LEVELS WELCOME FROM BEGINNER TO ADVANCED PRACTITIONERS.

Base cost: $100
Travel cost - $20 - $40
Class costs are for 45 minute to 1 hour and 15 minute duration
depending on your practice experience.
